Eastbourne contract was scheduled to last 18months. As the Environmental Agency released more money in small amounts G&A had to draw down stock to keep Employees & Equipment on site. G&A were delivering 8 lorry loads a month from its stock in Scotland.

TIMESCALES:
Contract length was 3 years. Regular and consistent supply was critical and was maintained throughout.

TIMBER REQUIREMENTS:

• 305 x 305, 5.6m to 10m long
• 225 x 225, 5.6 to 9m long
• 150 x 225, 5.6 to 7m long
• 100 x 300, 5 to 7m long
• 75 x 300, 5 to 7m long

VALUE ADDED:

• The timber was supplied rough sawn with a thickness toleranceof -3/+7mm
